Thoughts through Motivation

It is imperative that we allow our actions to flow. Also of significant importance, it is integral to our universal understanding that we recognise our thoughts shape our behaviours and our actions. Our external stimuli becomes turned inwardly then interpreted from our thoughts, feelings, past and current imparted teachings and experiences. It is then, that these thoughts are expressed to the open world. This highly complex process is determined by various influences including one’s own life experiences, trials, emotions, imparted values, relationships, biology, culture and interpretations. If we take just one moment to reflect deeply prior to showing the world what we may think we desire to be appropriate, what we think we may know and who we think we are; there may just be many a time where we rethink our expressions and communicate from a place of inner knowing and peace rather than reactive ignorance, violence or haste…
