Today, tell someone you know you love them. Tell them you honour their being, their friendship, their presence. Be grateful for their influence and value they bring to your life. If you feel ashamed (for whatever reason) in doing this personally with someone, then write your thoughts down, express your gratitude and love for this person. Obtain a book which you like, then use this book as a gratitude journal. Write in this everyday. Choose one person everyday and one part of your life that you are grateful for daily. If you reach the point where you feel you cannot do this for a particular person, then perhaps you must ask yourself, is this person worth having in my life…? SS.
