We have options! We have choice! Our sociocultural constructs are limited by motives of profiteering and the pursuit of privatised enterprise. We are not a society of efficiency, nor are we are a society of ‘true’ progress towards the betterment of all. We only progress if it satisfies and suits motives of profit. Intrinsic and honest agenda does not lie in the hands of those with power.
If we empower ourselves, we empower humanity. Through means of awareness and education we have the potential to break the sociocultural shackles that currently exist and move to a place where health and wellbeing is prioritised and promised for all… It commences with query and a little fear of the unknown (sometimes a lot), it ends with change, accompanied with fearlessness… SS.
