Monday 24 September 2012 – Life is life

Work, play, family, friends, hobbies and what ever other facets of life occupy your energy and time are all part of the greater picture. Perhaps there is no real need to separate life, but rather embrace it as a working whole. It is all part of who you are, who makes you and how you express yourself inwardly and outwardly. Embrace life for its wholeness and when you hear the words “find balance in your life”,Ā this actually means diversify how you experientially feel and perceive the world for it will richen your overall experience of being alive… SS.

You are who you are, as a whole person. it is impossible to separate yourself as the sum of multiple parts because all of your parts have developed in conjunction with and under the influence of all of the other parts. Thinking of yourself in terms of career, hobbies, home life separately does not so you justice. I have found it beneficial to understand the my parts and how they add up to the whole me šŸ™‚

Hope life is treating you well stef

  2. Could not agree with you any more Joe! šŸ™‚ As always, thank you for your words of insightfulness. Life is well my friend, I am realising many truths that have always been present within consciousness but for reasons of distraction I had never fully grasped them… I am now learning deeper. I hope you are treating life well??? šŸ˜‰ Look forward to speaking with you soon… SS.
