Saturday 31 December 2011 – New beginnings

New Years Eve is an interesting time of the year. Every day is day of reflection but in our culture particular emphasis is placed on the turning of a new year. Perhaps take advantage of this cultural practice to move in the art of eliciting change. Change is healthy, change is useful. Observe what is of greater importance in your life and focus on that for 2012. Now is the time to be who you want to be, build the foundations of what has relevance to your life and immerse yourself in this every moment of everyday. Be kind to your body, look after your mind and be good to those around you, for they support your journey. Have a safe and wonderful New Years Eve.
