Imagine if for one brief moment of every day of our existence, every person just stood or sat still and did nothing but breathe… There was no money to be made, no abstract culturally created existence to be followed, no experience of perceived and self induced stressors and no consuming to be had. We did nothing but breathe and concentrate on why we are actually breathing; our minds, bodies and emotions would simply slow and be calm. Would the world change with our inwardly driven change of pace? If so, how may it change? Finally, what may it take for us to accomplish this possibility?… SS
